The Blue Lily is dedicated to addressing the age-specific barriers faced by both younger and older migrants as they adapt to new environments. This pillar recognises that age shapes migration experiences differently, from young people navigating identity, education and belonging, to older migrants facing isolation, language barriers and access challenges

Through intergenerational workshops, youth-led spaces, community dialogues and tailored support sessions, The Blue Lily creates platforms where different generations can share experiences, build confidence and access practical guidance. By centring both youth voice and elder wisdom, this strand promotes inclusion, dignity and stronger cross-generational solidarity within migrant communities.
