A Map for Your Mind

A guided online session designed to help participants explore journaling and planning systems in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

Together, we reflected on different approaches. From bullet journaling and free-form writing to digital tools like Notion and Google Calendar, considering what helps us organise our thoughts, emotions, and daily lives. Through gentle prompts and practical examples, participants explored emotional check-ins, structured planners, and flexible “just write” practices.

The session created a relaxed, judgement-free space (cameras on or off) where clarity was prioritised over perfection. By the end, attendees left with a better understanding of what systems genuinely support them, and permission to let go of the ones that don’t.
